Westheath Management Consultancies (WMC) was founded to address a common disconnect between Engineering & Maintenance operations and Contract & Commercial functions. Our goal is to bring these disciplines into alignment by fostering a culture shaped by our CONCISE values: Collaboration, Integrity, and Service Excellence.
With over 60 years of combined expertise across commercial and technical disciplines, our team has supported some of the most complex live rail systems and major infrastructure projects spanning Ireland, the UK, mainland Europe (including Austria, France, Germany, and Portugal), the Middle East, and Africa. We specialise in solving complex challenges across all stages of a project’s lifecycle.
While rail remains our primary focus, we also contribute to large-scale developments in the wider built environment. Our delivery capability is further enhanced through partnerships with trusted Associates, bringing an additional 50+ years of experience from Ireland, the UK, Australia, and Hong Kong.
